Why are the residents of NCL Godavari so insensitive towards cleanliness of their surroundings?
Q: People using the common areas as spittoons(E Block garden & walls near the staircase) first floor common area between two houses as a dumping yard. Why?

Latest Answer: I totally agree with Abdul. If there is no such association in your apartment then you can form an association within residents for monitoring issues within apartment. Please go through the following link Formation of apartment owners association in Hyderabad to get more information.

Q: The Ganesh Pooja is held every year in Blk C. All the blessings of Ganesha accrues to Blk C along with noise created by the entertainment programmes held in the late evening and the inconvenience caused in the parking lot. My request is that other blocks also enjoy the same blessings. Kindly arrange to have the pooja in D block or E block.In fact all the blocks should have it by rotation. Capt.Rajkumar

We are trying to accomodate this year's Ganesh festival celebrations at F block as the children need more space for the celebrations. However, we are yet to ask Mr. P.S Raju MD of NCL Homes Pvt. Ltd. for permission. Let us hope for the best and all of us have this year's Ganesh blessings.
