Q: What recent updates on the Hyderabad metro rail project? Any new land acquirement as such?
Latest Answer: Yes, you’re right, the land they acquired from the Iskon temple is actually lower than the original decided size. The land was inspected last October, and there it was decided that it would be acquiring the Iscon land under the Land Acquisition Act. Initially they wanted to get all 1601.85 sq. yards or 1339.35 sq. m of the temple’s land. But out of respect for the institution of the temple, they reduced the size to 612.77 square yards, or 512.35 square metres.

Q: Dear sir,
right now i stay in padmarao nagar secunderabad in rented house. I am looking for a plot in sainikpuri area for building my house there. As per my knowledge the price in sainikpuri is Rs.20,000 to 25,000 per sq yard. i want minimum 200 sq yards.
also just inside sainikpuri there is aplace called shaili garden and the price is Rs.14,000 to 17,000 per sq yard. I feel shaili garden is the right area to live in and the price is also less. I want your opinion regarding which area in sainikpuri is best for building my house?
Latest Answer: Hi..you can also check areas like Madhavapuri colony, Hastinapur volony, Bhaskar rao nagar.

Latest Answer: SD road, RP road, PG road and Rathifile-Monda Market stretch footpaths are not in good condition for which the pedestrains are forced to walk on the roads. This is also creating lot of traffic chaos and death.
