The land was inspected last October, and there it was decided that it would be acquiring the Iscon land under the Land Acquisition Act. As per my knowledge the price in sainikpuri is Rs.20,000 to 25,000 per sq yard. i want minimum 200 sq yards. also just inside sainikpuri there is aplace called shaili garden and the price is Rs.14,000 to 17,000 per sq yard. I feel shaili garden is the right area to live in and the price is also less. I want your opinion regarding which area in sainikpuri is best for building my house?
