Latest Answer: This was the basis of electoral discussions in Secunderabad. Civic issues. Many politicians fought over what was required to improve the civic facilities of the locality. Also the delay for taking up developmental projects in Cantonment Area is also because of Army intervention. Officials need prior permission from the army to do anything and this involves a lot of paperwork. It will be easier if such issues can be directly dealt with by SCB. Hopefully with the new budget allocated for 2014, there will be a lot of developmental changes in Secunderabad. i still think the locality has potential though. But issues like this are important and must be addressed.
