Q: I am planning to shift kochi Kakkanad and looking for new house nearby Irumpnanam. Is there any water pollution issue in Irumpanam since location is surrounded with lots of factories

Latest Answer: you can also find plots as well as individual houses also here as for now. In few years, they wont be there, this area has high growth rate. Now the price in this are for individual house is around rs. 20 lakhs per cent. For plots, this can be up to 9-10 lakhs per cent.

Latest Answer: Hey there, Don't worry your Grandfather will get better soon. there are a lot of hospitals in and around Kakkanad. the City Hospital is just 20 mins from here. I'd suggest you take your grandfather here for treatment coz the facilities provided here are good.

Your office would be so much closer to your home then. It would save a lot of money and time on commuting.
