Q:I had selected an apartment in the project liking a particular balcony view and as the building size was less. However after collecting the booking amount and now nearing completion, the builder says he has altered the floor plan moving the balcony elsewhere and increased another 3 number floors for which approval is still awaited. Can this decision of the builder be contested?

Q:Any chance for the 4 lane road towards Moovattupuzha in front of the building to materialize? The road status towards the building is disgusting. Surrounding landscape and scenery are all good, but access is equally important.
Latest Answer: I have booked in 14th Floor, now structure finished. They were telling Dec 12 complete, but they will take another 6-8 months. Road is the worst part, without that developing nobody will take this flat even for rent.
