Q: I have seen many complaints on Purva eternity. Has all problems been resolved. Especially wrt water and electricity.
Latest Answer: I had a very bitter experience buying flat in eternity. There are very flats remaining in Eternity. All of them have be left behind as they have some or other type of defects. Also they all have been staying unused from last 3-4 years. At the time of buying Roy Jose ( relationship manager) at Purva Eternity promised to get all the issues fixed after the sale deed is done. Considering Purva being a very reputed builder, I fully trusted him. However after the sale deed was done, he took a complete u-turn and even stopped picking my calls. I didn't have much choice left as cancelling the sale agreement means losing money. If incase you still want to buy, make sure you have everything in email from the builder. Dont trust their words as they somehow want to sell the flat by promising some lucrative offers. In my case after I made sale agreement, Roy stopped picking my calls and never replied to my emails. thanks

Q: Is Purva Eternity is a Wise decision? In terms of quality and other factors? As its not just an investment we are also looking forward to live there. I have seen many complaints in terms of water electricity connections, in terms of quality of construction and everything. Please guide me

We booked an apartment in Puravankara Eternity, and the nightmare is still haunting us. We are fighting a battle with the Builder. Q: Purava Eternity in Kochi is delayed for 7 years. Has anybody ever got compensated by Puravankara for project delays ?

Latest Answer: I think no person I know has got the compensation. They are not responding to any type of communication, phone, email or anything. i think they have no intention to give the compensation also, inspite of the compensation clause in the contract.

Q: Puravankara is cheating the unsuspecting owners with misleading advertisements and schemes. I have purchaed 2 Apartments at Purava Eternity in September 2013 under the so call POP scheme. In normal sense the possession means, apartment ready for occupation and full use by the owners. But for Puravankara it is just another way to fool apartment owners and get all their money, with the apartment being ready for our use. We will be lucky if the apartments are ready for occupancy by at least December 2013.

Owners need to group together and approach State CONSUMER PROTECTION AND NATIONAL CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION, to get compensation for the delays and interest cost we paid on EMIs

Q: Hi all,has anyone taken possession of a flat in Purva Eternity? We are being asked to do so, but are not getting any guarantee on when the electricity and water connection will be made available
Latest Answer: Hello, i can't really comment on the supply of electricity and water, but the project is stii being constructed after much delays, and i don't think you should go for the project. ALso the project has come under a lot of flak recently, since the project has been constantly delayed.

Q: I booked an aprtment in 2010, which i dont have the possession yet, but the inside work is so bad that i was really shocked . The tiles and the kitchen granites are chipped and have scratch mark all over, the grouts between the tiles is so dirty and cement is coming off the walls. We did complain aboout this but nothing is done yet. I am really disappoointed in this work becuase it seems like someone very unprofessional has done it and they did not pay any attention to it. Has any one experienced anything like this. They are already very bedhind in handing over the apartment and on the top such lousy work. Really disappointed in them.

Latest Answer: Hey, since your main problem is that the interior design work is not done properly, in my opinion, the ideal thing to do is try finding the architect, and designer for the project, and tell them about the problem.If you don't get proper responses from them, then like the comment above mine stated, it is time to go to the Consumer Court.

Q: Hi,

I have booked an appartment in Purva Eternity in June 2010. The completion was guaranteed for December 2010 and it kept getting extended. I have been asking for parking allotment and about the late delivery clause since last 2 years.

Has anyone of you got the parking allotment confirmation from Puravankara ?

I made all the payments towards the appartment cost. I have not received any reply from them on the late delivery charges as well.

They are trying to force us to take handover, even though the aminities like Lift , water and electricity is not available.

i have received a statuatory charge estimate of 3.68 L , which includes advance maintenance charge , which is being asked for an appartment, which is not even ready for possesion.

Tottaly dissatisfied with the way Purva Management is handling the problem. Looks like the staff of Purva also seems to be annoyed , by seeing the no of times the CRM Executive is changing within months.

Latest Answer: I have also a flat 1001E in purva eternity. Handover is delayed a lot and purvankara is not giving any date also. Did you get any update from them.
