Q:Hey, I currently live in Coimbatore alone in a company provided 1 BHK house. My family is planning to come and live here with me, since my rotation is extended to 2 years here. I have two kids, a wife, and a father who will be moving here. Avinashi road is close to my office and I want to rent a flat in that area only. I will actually prefer 2 or 3 BHK in gated community, but other apartments will also be fine if they are good. I want to know about the prices there and nice gated communities where I can rent place. Latest Answer: Hey 3 BHK apartment in a gated community will easily cost you between 20,000 to 25,000 rupees, you’ll get very luxurious ones for more than that also but, I don’t think you’ll want to spend more than this amount on rent. Individual houses, you’ll find obviously for a cheaper price than/ these apartments. Actually, you’ll find nice ones for less than 20,000 rupees. Nice Multi story building apartments and apartments in gated community don’t have too much price difference, so you’d rather go for a gated community apartment in my view.
