Q: How is the amenities offered in the project?? Can you tell me if the project approved?

Latest Answer: Perumbakkam area is a nice location calm place with good ground water reachable to all it sectors and main junctions like tambaram and medavakkam. Perumbakkam, off Sholinganallur, houses products in the mid and higher-mid segment, in the priceband of INR 4,500 psf-INR 5,000 psf.

How about the ground water in perumbakkam ?

Latest Answer: Hi Vidhya, the water is too salty. Also I have inquired soem of the people who stay there and they are telling that we can't even use the water for bathing and washing. So they are buying water from lorry and managing their needs. But they did not even find any difficulty in doing this as it becomes a usual activity in that area.I think water is very essential and we cannot rely on lorry water all times.

Hello. Which area is better to buy an apartment in? Perumbakkam or Sipcot OMR road?
Q: Hello,
I am interested in buying a 2 bdr apartment in Chennai. After a lot of research and site visits, i have narrowed down my choices to Pristine Acres Plaza in Perumbakkam and KGS Sunny side in SIPCOT, Siruseri OMR.
The dilemma is which is a better area to invest in? OMR or Perumbakkam? Perumbakkam is a developing area but Siruseri is a better developed locality with good connectivity to OMR. Please give me your inputs to help me make a decision.
