Latest Answer: Hey, the construction has already started in January as per the schedule. There were no more delays this time.
In the past there have been several delays regarding this project. Initially it was supposed to have started in 2011. But at that time the whole project went under the drawing board again to start over with the designing process. Though initially planned as a 3-tier flyover, there were some talks in between of going for a 2-tier one instead. But they finalised the 3-tier plan last October and were supposed to start with the construction by January.
