Latest Answer: Somebody like Mr Mritunjoy giving the construction status without knowing anything about it is totally wrong and seams knowingly misleading people for reasons best knowned to him. People should be aware of such wrong posting.....

Simplex not responding.
Q: Why Simplex is silent and not sharing status / information to the buyers? I had booked a flat 1 year and 4 months back, but still waiting respone from Simplex about getting final clearance and starting of construction activities.This is something ridiculous. Simplex must respond immediately.

Latest Answer: I heard that the construction has started in full swing and the project is about to get completed by December 2013. If at all the builder is not responding better to go to the corporate office and talk with them face to face.

When will the construction start for Shangri La Towers?
Q: When will the approval from the govt be received and when will the construction process start? Why is it so late then the given time? Please let us know as soon as possible when will the agreement be ready. We have booked an apartment and are waiting for the completion.

Latest Answer: Hi Monsoon, the last hearing date for environment clearance for Shangri La Towers was on 24th June. As per my knowledge the builders (Simplex Group) and GMDA had a 2nd hearing ans construction work had to start in full swing after the clearance.
