Q: Can somebody give me the actual construction status of Shangrila towers ? Has it started?

Latest Answer: According to sources, The expected possession date is by December 2013.

Simplex not responding.
Q: Why Simplex is silent and not sharing status / information to the buyers? I had booked a flat 1 year and 4 months back, but still waiting respone from Simplex about getting final clearance and starting of construction activities.This is something ridiculous. Simplex must respond immediately.

Latest Answer: I heard that the construction has started in full swing and the project is about to get completed by December 2013. If at all the builder is not responding better to go to the corporate office and talk with them face to face.
