Q: Is the project approved by CMDA? What is the rate per sqft quoting by the builder and how much they are charging for floor rise?

Latest Answer: Yes this is CMDA approved and it is a very attractive project. Per sqft rate is around Rs. 3499. But they have some cool offers now. You can check that out. Regarding floor-rise you can visit site and enquire as they said it depends on lot of things.
