Is Approved sanction plan for a residential apartment required?
Q: Is Approved sanction plan for a residential apartment required? How to check if a floor and a apartment is really approved by BBMP?

Latest Answer: You can check it through BBMP website http://bbmp.gov.in/how-do-i/-/document_library_display/PdNS5DwUb6im/view/15048 Yes sanction plan is required. You can ask for the floor plan issued by BBMP. Even you can ask the builder to provide you the approval documents from government authority

Latest Answer: The project is know to be approved by BBMP and banks like HDFC and LIC Housing Finance Ltd. There is no legal issues and the project has got A Khata.

Pavani Lakeview deviated from BBMP approved plan stated by SBI.

My loan from SBI has been rejected....reason being deviation from BBMP approved plan, stated by SBI. Has any one faced the same issue??Please revert back....Has any one booked a flat in lakeview and taken loan from SBI??

Information about SVS Palms
Q: SVS palms have bbmp A-khata. Does that means it is not a BDA sites. If is it is not a BDA sites then should i ask builder to provide a copy of NOC from BDA for SVS Palm. Or NOC is not required I can go ahead for booking just based on BBMP - A khata?

Legal issues in SLS Serenity
Q: I’m looking for info on SLS Serenity like any outstanding issues from promoter/builders, any pending legal issues etc.
Does the flat owners have got khatha issued by the respective authorities, if so what type of Khatha.

Latest Answer: Please Dont even think of buying any property from SLS developers.They dont know even basics of construction.They are very inexperienced builders with lazy staff & supervisors.Their construction quality is worst.They cant even build a wall properly.The finishing is not at all good.We have done a mistake by buying a flat in SLS Springs.Water leakages in the building and inside the flats aswell.So please dont do the mistake by choosing this builder & regretting for taking a foolish decision.

Supplies contaminated water to inhabitants, very harmful for health.
Q: Having stayed in the apartment for 2 years I have gained this experience. Water is felt sticky to hands, children often fall sick and elders always have complains of gastritis, dizziness. Overhead Tanks are never cleaned.
