Q: Subhagruha is facing many issues while getting VUDA approval for Sukruthi Sampath layout at Sontyam

Latest Answer: Hi, I don't know from where you get this information, But when I call the builder, he said that there is no issue with the approval of this project. VUDA approval is already getting from this project. If anyone have more information, please share.

Now, housing projects on more than 500 sq-mt would have to register with the proposed real estate regulator as opposed to the threshold at 1000 sq-mt that was fixed earlier. Also, the interest rate payable by the promoter or allottee in case of any default by either would be the same now.

Its domestic airport is also planned to be upgraded as an international airport. :) I think Vijaywada can also be good option.
