Hello Sir, On booking I taken 95% down payment option and I was given the possession date as Jun 12 which is mentioned in application form.

Q: builder complaints. After six months when agreement was executed possession date changed to Mar 13. When I insisted for cancellation they assured to compensate the delay installments by nine months. I made payment accordingly. Now at the time of possession they have sent me demand letter asking for additional amount of Rs 2 lacs as interest without any notice.

Latest Answer: Hello Sir..95 % down payment..??? It is sounding very strange... And builders generally change the possession date. One should not completely trust date given by builder.

Sir,/madam.I have booked a flat in Oct 2010.

Q: Possession date was Jun 2012. Later the date changed to Mar 2013. Accordingly the payment was made. Now at he time of possession the builder is asking 2 lacs as interest. Please advise. builder review

Latest Answer: Hello Sir..have paid the entire amount of the flat (as per agreement)..?? If it is not paid..then this amount could be the last installment which is paid at the time of possession. In case you have paid the entire amount, you can send a legal written letter to builder asking the reason behind 2 lakhs. If he does not reply you can then file a case against him.

What action should one take against the builder?

Q: I booked a flat in Maya Garden City, Zirakpur developed by Barnala Builders and surrendered the flat after some time. At the time of booking they said they will refund the amount within 15 days. But, I have not recieved my money even after 5 months of surrender date. Please suggest what should be done to get my money back?

When I contact them they say "Sir abhi paisa nahi aya hai"?
