Q: Hi Everyone,

This is Vijender and I came into Chandigarh one year back. I am doing job and I am leaving in a rented house. Now, I have decided to buy my own flat.

One of my friend suggested me about Sushma Buildtech projects in Zirakpur, Chandigrah. He said they have good flats with all the necessary amenities of modern age. Still, I want some more feedback if anyone can provide about Sushma Buildtech projects as you know buying a home is a big investment.

I would appreciate if you can please tell me your feedback and reviews about Sushma Buildtech.

Latest Answer: What I read so far regarding the same is - As per the empowerment commetee meeting, the GMADA has declared that they will not be accepting any new applications for mega projects in mullanpur as the rest of the Land will be aquired by GMADA. Only the existing players can apply for extension.
