Ambadi Palmgrove Apartments in Chilavanoor Road has 18 studio apartments but no land share or private car parkings .
Q: The owner is planing to sell 15 studio apartments which is not provided with seperate car parking . The existing land of 40.37 cents is mostly owned by 3 BHK apartments which are 18 No's and private car parking sold to each apartment. The developer is known to sell of properties which form undivided share of other owners. He has several litigations initiated by Ambadi Villa Owners and Apartments.

Latest Answer: I think that the sunrise hospital is very near to this hospital. Sushrutha Eye Hospital, Kottakkal Arya Vaidya shala, etc are also nearby. As its health infrastructure of this area is quite good, I wanted to make a comment that this is a well sought after locality. The apartment is also good enough in my opinion.

Latest Answer: Not always, i guess. in an area like kochi, there are people who come for work and all, and are not likely to live in one place. They prefer renting a regular apartment and all. With the coming of many smart homes and other smart features...upmarket houses are desired nowadays even by middle class people. In Kochi, I think, now people are moving on from individual houses and regular apartments more and more to luxury apartments.
