Q: Is it advisable to book a flat in ILD spire greens phase 2, how is the experience of phase 1.

Q: I had booked a flat in tower 2 (3br+study) 1670 sq ft area of ILD Spire Greens. The flat was booked since inception of the project in 2008. Can anyone give me date when I will get the possession of the flat? It has been a long wait!!!
Q: Booked in pre-launch at the rate of 1950/sq feet in 2008. Recently they have completed the two tower. work in progress for 3 bhk. At present builder price is 3200/sq feet. what is the re sale price in 3bhk.
Q: I met an executive in ILD office this week and come to know that latest news from Builder is to deliver in July 2013. I have 2BHK in Tower 4 that is 9 floors complete out of 14..not sure how they can take 2 years to complete 5 floors and finishing....I got no exact answer for delay clause amount..
