Q: We have booked a 2 bhk last year in mar 2012 and we were informed it would be handed over by June 2013. But now there is no one who can tell us when or any other detail.Who can we meet at Kolte patil office to have our queries and complaints addressed regarding Ivy Botannica? there seems to be a 'perfect' silence out there!

Q: Ivy Estate is located far from the main Pune hub. From the main road to go inside the estate, it could take about 10 minutes drive. Since the estate comprise of a huge resident community, it would be better if the Ivy estate runs and manages a Bus or mini bus service from and to to the estate for a pre determined tariff. Will the estate consider this ?
