What legal action can we take against te builder?
Q: As per blue print and registration agreement if builder is not constructing flats then please suggest any legal action forum or consumer court where I can ask for justice. Please suggest.

Ivy Apartment all 3-BHK are not constructed as per agreement - TWO windows are missing in the current constructions.
Q: Ivy Apartment all 3-BHK having windows issue,as per agreement suppose to have two windows in study room and one in master bed room but kolte patil developer is not providing all windows? pls ask Santosh or Ram,in case anyone have details pls mail me rsinha2010@gmail.com
