Overview
Mahindra World City, Chennai is India's first operational Special Economic Zone (SEZ) and India's first Integrated Business City. Connectivity
Mahindra World City is well connected by both road and rail links. MTC and TNSTC owned buses ply through the locality and connect the locality to the major parts of the Chennai city.

It has excellent connectivity to Chennai International Airport which is located at a distance of 36 km via Chennai - Nagapattinam Hwy/Chennai - Trichy Hwy.

Singaperumal Koil, Paranur, Chengalpattu, and Reddipalayam are its nearby railway station. However, Paranur is the nearest railway station to Mahindra World City which is located at a distance of 2 km via Paranur Railway Station Road. Other railway station close to Mahindra World City is Chengalpattu, situated at a driving distance of 7.9 km via NH32.
