Q: Is it safe to invest in Mapsko paradise?
Q: Hi all, today Mapsko Paradise updated with new pic, some action but still slow. I am curious to know regarding entrance and how it will look. It have to be guarded and also a temple is dream come true, I can see shops too. I want to know when finally possession will be as its coming to two years already I booked. Do anybody have any idea on registration charges? Are they on agreed price or price at that time wen we get keys? Also electric and gas water all as well society charges? Can some body comment on this? Somebody give reply if there is any added hidden charge? Annual as well as monthly communal charges? At final stage when key is handed with how much registration charges? Is there any society charges and electric water gas or any meter charges? What about the installation or they all are inclusive? A temple in complex will be nice thought hope all residents will co-operate.

Q: i am asking ankur .dear ankur plz give me name of bank who sanctioning loans for mapsko paradise also builder have been giving extended months every time we contacted them rgd construction.who visited the site and aw some movement .nothing happening any of them .i am losing patience and got nervous and very stressful vibes !!any suggestions on that??what to do ?i wa told in feb 2010 building start in end july 2010 and its feb 11 again and still same answers from builder...

Q: Hi, has Mapsco contacted anybody for agreement? I heard from my friend that agreement process has started started at October end. When I contacted Mapsco it was told that bank approval is awating and it may take another months time. Any update from any body?
