Q: I am staying close to the Parsvnath Palacia site. After a day night dharna in 2010 by some of us at their Barakhamba Road office,we were assured of possession by March 2012 by Dr. Rajeev Jain, Director Parsvnath.Works commenced for few days and then stopped some where around Diwali 2010 and then never started again. It is very scary to see the ground reality-virtually no progress. Literally we are being cheated. I would also like to join the group for any action deemed appropriate. Siddharth.
Q: Dear All,
I think we shall start joint legal action against the builder for refund of our amount with interest.
I am planning to send legal notice followed by filing case.
I think that it will be better that all the owners form a action group and start action against the builder.
