What is the average maintenance rate per SQFT for a apartment complex
Q: Just curious to know what other apartments charge for maintenance based on facilities

Latest Answer: Thanks Folks this is helpful. We need to be very careful like the article says about the potential misuse of funds. The apartment where i am likely to move in is charging 2.47 per SQFT with no amenities (club house yet to come up). This is a 400 flat apt complex. We feel that this is too much given the current state of affairs (abt 300 flats occupied). Any thoughts?
