All internal water lines will be of CPVC concealed and external lines will be of quality PVC Pipes, fixed on walls with clamps. All wastewater and soil lines will be of UPVC / SWR pipes, fixed on the walls with clamps. All rain water lines will be of PVC Pipes fixed on walls with clamps. Utility area shall be provided one tap point and plumbing point for washing machine . Master Bed Room toilet shall be provided With Single Lever Diverter, health faucet and a bibcock for the wash basin. PAINTING All interior walls / ceiling will be finished with two coats of suitable Putty, one coat of suitable primer and two coats of Premium Acrylic emulsion paint of Asian or Berger any other equivalent Brand. All exterior walls will be finished with suitable paint as per architect advice. Main door shall be finish with matt finish melamine coating. All other doors shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of wood primer. Bathroom door shutters are laminate on one side and enamel paint over a coat of wood primer on the other side.

3 phase connection shall be provided subject to the approval of Tamil nadu Electricity Board. ISI branded copper wiring in concealed PVC conduits and modular switches (Anchor Roma/ L&T /equivalent) shall be provided. Living /Dining Ares shall be provided with: 3 Wall Light points (Two tube light point and one night lamp point), Two Fan point, two 5A plug points. An additional chandelier point shall be provided for the Living / Dining Room. One wall light point shall be provided for lounge in first floor.
