Phase II will have 1, 1.5, 2,3 and 3.5 configuration. The price of thr apartment starts at
1 Bhk @ 30 Lakhs, 1.5 Bhk @ 44 Lakhs, 2 Bhk @ 48 Lakhs, 3 Bhk @ 68 Lakhs , 3.5 Bhk @ 87 Lakhs. The rate quoted above includes car parking.

Hi, guys, i just got a update that, the price will revised from next Monday i.e. 7 oct. Now the price is Rs 4520 per sq ft and it will go up by Rs 150. Hence , if any one is interested, kindly make a booking fast!!
