Hi Harsha, as far as I know the price of the plots in this project starts from Rs 30.36 lakhs and goes up to Rs 1.75 crores.

I bought a plot there and cancelled it after 2 years. Horrible experience! Project not worth buying and builder is not trust worthy. Project is hugely delayed with no clear completion date in sight. No work has happened for last 6-8 months. Heard that builder is not paying the contractor. Even the buyers who have cancelled the plot are not getting the refund from the builder. People who have bought are feeling victimized by the builder.

Devanahalli is located 40 kilometres to the north east of Bangalore. The real estate market started booming when the new Bangalore Internation Airport was constructed. There is Devanahalli Business Park and many office spaces are coming up in Devanahalli which will again impact the real estate market.

Nitesh Long Island Plots offers different dimension of plots ranges from 2325 sqft to 7200 sqft, The rate per sqft is around Rs 12,000.

They are asling Rs 3 lakhs as a booking amount. The project site is quite close to Devanahalli Business Park and to the airport. Long term horizon investors, should go for it.

With easy access via NH7, I still think Nitesh is a good deal when compared to sobha and the price would shoot up once they get the BIAPPA approval.

The rate per sqft going on is Rs 1900. East and North facing plots will be charges Rs 100 extra, north facing plots will be charged 10 percent extra and park facing plots will be charged Rs 50 extra per sq.ft.

I really think the price quoted by Nitesh is very reasonable when compared to Sobha. But Nitesh is bit far when compared to Sobha
