Hello Rajkumar, i think you are talking about the some other projects of Purvankara. Today I had a talk with the sales person they said that the projects was launched two months ago and the price per sqft is Rs 8,625 and they can increase the price in the future. But they are going to negotiate in the time of booking.
The project is approved by BBMP and all the banks are giving loan for this project. The price of 2 BHK will cost you around Rs 1.24 crores and 3 BHK will be around Rs 1.70 crores.
Pls note that BBMP approval has not been received yet! Pls be careful. There are many issues related to this project. I am ready to sell at much below Rs8635/sq ft if there are any takers..............
Can a builder collect funds without obtaining approval from Govt authorities? And use the funds for some other project till the certificate is obtained from BBMP and then start counting the construction period. I don't know how to trust these so called reputed builders.............
It was never Rs 7000/sq ft. Previously, till end of June it was Rs 6490/sq ft and now it is Rs 8,635/ sq ft base price. In addition one needs to pay for Car Park, Club House, Floor Rise, Premium for view etc
I am referring to SunFlower from Puravankara......They are not willing to provide basic amenities with such a high price. Appears to be a shell & core finish with only floor and wall finishes!
Rs 8635/sq ft being charged is very high for a shell & core apartment without much amenities being provided in utility areas and toilets. Car aprk, club house etc are being charged extra on top of this. Pls let me know the gross rate per sq ft including all these except tax and registration charges to plan a budget for this luxury apartment..........
