Currentlt the price of the apartments in this project ranges from Rs 64 lakhs to Rs 2.44 crores

Hi,

Any clarity on if we have to deduct 1% TDS on only on the payment after 1st June 2013 or on the total Sale value. What is Rohan Builder saying for Rohan Jharoka Phase 2.

What about the bank approvals? How many apartments are coming up?

All the major banks are providing home loans for this project. There will be around 260 flats spread over Eight Buildings P, Q, R, S, T, U, V & W.

What is the booking amount and how much they are charging for maintenance?

According to the telephonic conversation, 15% of Agreement Value. Rs. 2 Lakhs on the day of booking and the balance within 7 days. Maintenance charges is Rs 2 per sqft per month to be paid for 12 months. Taxes, Stamp duty and registration charges extra as may be applicable.

The project is still under construction and the expected possession date is by June 2014.

As of today the builder is quoting Rs 4800 sqft to Rs 4950 sq ft but they may increase the rates in the coming months.
