As per my knowledge, Phase I is ready to move in and only few 3 bhk apartments are available for sale. Phase II will be completed by May 2016. In Phase II both 2 and 3 bhk apartments are available.

It is enveloped by Vijaynagar, ITPL, Brookefield and Marathahalli. The region gained its popularity because of numerous IT companies and Apartments. The region is reputed because of the Sathya Sai Baba ashram and Brindavan where thousands of people come every year. The price seems to be Okay.
