Hi All, I want to know what is the status of DSR GreenFields Phase I and Phase II. Are there flats available for sale here?

As per my knowledge, Phase I is ready to move in and only few 3 bhk apartments are available for sale. Phase II will be completed by May 2016. In Phase II both 2 and 3 bhk apartments are available.

The project was launched in Feb 2011 and expected completion has been scheduled for September 2013. Booking of flats are open.

DSR Green Fields consists of 222 luxury Apartments on 3.75 acres of land. It is a luxury apartment development located in the quiet/eco-friendly neighbourhood of Whitefield Near Forum Value mall. The development consists of 2 & 3 bedroom configuration and has Ground+4 upper floors.

I had a talk with the sales person and according to them the project is know to be approved by BBMP. There are 3 BHK available for sale and only one 2 BHK is available in E Block

First Blue Home Finance, LIC HFL, State Bank of India, Axis Bank and HDFC LTD are the financial institutions which have approved the project. The rate per sq ft is Rs 3400.

I stay in Whitefield. Whitefield is a well developed locality with good features and infrastructures. The region incorporates the areas like Vinayaka Layout, Nallurhalli and Gandhipuram. It is enveloped by Vijaynagar, ITPL, Brookefield and Marathahalli. The region gained its popularity because of numerous IT companies and Apartments. The region is reputed because of the Sathya Sai Baba ashram and Brindavan where thousands of people come every year. The price seems to be Okay.
