The project is expected to get completed by June 2016. The smart features offered in this project are as follows: bio metric door locking system, video door phone, bell and camera, gas leak detector, panic button, CCTV cameras for additional safety and occupancy sensors.

CENTURY is giving some special offers and the rates they are quoting is Rs 57.5 lakhs for 2 bhk and Rs 84 lakhs for 3 bhk. I thimk the offer is there till 17th of August, 2014

Today I called the sales representatives of Century Infinity and they are telling that they are going to launch the project by end of June this year.

As per the telephonic conversation with the sales person they are quoting Rs 5,000 per sqft and they are going to increase the rates after the pre-launch

@Madhav, Century Infiniti is spread over 2.2 acres of land and it will have 210 units with G+13 floors. Banks like SBI, HDFC and LIC has approved the project.
