When is the expected possession date of the project? Please share the smart home features available in this project.

The project is expected to get completed by June 2016. The smart features offered in this project are as follows: bio metric door locking system, video door phone, bell and camera, gas leak detector, panic button, CCTV cameras for additional safety and occupancy sensors.
