Q: Ireo Corridor is a pre launch project and they are expected to launch the project in next month or so. This is one of the luxury project thats coming up in Gurgaon.

Although the delay the appreciation will be good i guess, if we are looking at investment purpose. The location is in demand, Sohna road, Gurgaon, and even the new metro station is coming up in that sector.

Yes they have 4 towers, A, B,C, D. according to them A. B, C is a semi luxurious units, whereas D is a super luxurious with all kind of modern facilities.

According to them after the project is launched it will take around 3-4 years, they dnt give a proper date for possession

Hi, frnds IREO is a nice builder, but a costly one,they quoted the price Rs 5500 per sq ft in the starting, still now the project is in soft launch,now they have kept the price as Rs 9400 -9850 sq ft

Which are the banks they have got approvals and what are the price they are quoting

Yes they had, now according to the sales executive all the approvals are sanctioned and even they are ready with bank approvals
