I personally did not like the area. I feel the area is very congested and you have to face heavy traffic at the peak time. But Hebbal has good infrastructure like metro, upcoming monorail and high speed rail networks. Of course you can expect appreciation.

I liked the project because of the location and eco-friendly features. But i think they are too new and I felt it is a high risk. They were supposed to launch it last year and it has been postponed a few times and it will take 3 years to complete.
As far as I know the project has got approvals from BDA and BBMP approval is in process. All the banks is going to approve the project the approval is in process.
I was planning to book a flat in this project but I heard that still the project has not got approvals from BBMP and banks why it is so. Any particular reason?
Recently I had a word with the marketing guy and he was telling that project has been approved by BBMP, BDA and banks like HDFC and SBI has approved the project. But the price per square rate is the same which they were quoting in the month of August.
Yes Vasathi Avante is the first project by Vasathi Housing in Bangalore and they have couple of projects in Hyderabad. They are quoting Rs 4300 per sqft.
