Currently the rate per sqft going on is Rs 4700. The project is spread across 5 acres of land. Yes it is a eco friendly project and Vasathi Avante has received IGBC Gold Pre certification.

Sir, Thanisandra area, which is near Hebbal, is slated for development with the expansion of the main road as an alternative road to Bangalore International Airport. New layouts have been developed including MS Ramaiah North City, Anam Enclave, Telecom Layout (Sanchar Nagar) with the New apartment complex of Vasathi Housing being developed; the area also has good schools and is a potential area for future development.

I personally did not like the area. I feel the area is very congested and you have to face heavy traffic at the peak time. But Hebbal has good infrastructure like metro, upcoming monorail and high speed rail networks. Of course you can expect appreciation.

I liked the project because of the location and eco-friendly features. But i think they are too new and I felt it is a high risk. They were supposed to launch it last year and it has been postponed a few times and it will take 3 years to complete.

Recently I had a word with the marketing guy and he was telling that project has been approved by BBMP, BDA and banks like HDFC and SBI has approved the project. But the price per square rate is the same which they were quoting in the month of August.
