Maya Indradhanush will offer apartments with sizes 1622, 1753, 2080 and 2473 sqft. There will be 128 apartments in this project. Four independent flats each floor with no common walls. The project is around 1 kms from NICE junction.

Maya Indradhanush is located at Kanakapura road. Kanakapura road has become a prime hub for real estate development since last 2-3 years. Kanakapura road is also expected to receive a massive boost in the coming years that are coming up in the area. The residential real estate activity along Kanakapura Road is expected to rapidly expand with the arrival of Metro Rail network. Now an acre of land in the area is running at Rs 9-10 crore which is expected to rise by 10% to 15% in the next five years. Most of the project on Kanakapura Road are integrated townships, which are attracting senior citizens as well as young working population. The place once known as a village is now witnessing a sudden sprouting of exclusive enclave and tall multistory apartments.
