The price for 2bhk in Geown Iris is around 35 lakhs. The Project is located in Whitefield. Just the disctance of 5km to 10KM from the project there is a Mall like Forum Value Mall, . like ITPL, Sai Baba Ashram, Ascendas Park. Also just 2km from the project we will have Safal Market,

The current price per sqft is around Rs 2990 and the rates are negotiable. The expected possession date is by mid of 2013.
