Hey Anusua, there is not much information available over the net about the builder and their reputation and I think Geown Iris is their first project in Bangalore.

Hi my budget is around 36 lakhs. I m interested in 2bhk. What about the location of the project ?

The price for 2bhk in Geown Iris is around 35 lakhs. The Project is located in Whitefield. Just the disctance of 5km to 10KM from the project there is a Mall like Forum Value Mall, . like ITPL, Sai Baba Ashram, Ascendas Park. Also just 2km from the project we will have Safal Market,

The project will have amenities like swimming pool with deck, toddler’s pool, club house, fitness club, gymnasium, mini party hall, indoor games, children play area, round the clock power backup, rain water harvesting systems, sewerage treatment plant, perimeter security, internet connectivity in the club house, biometric access and six passenger capacity elevators in every block.

The current price per sqft is around Rs 2990 and the rates are negotiable. The expected possession date is by mid of 2013.

Hi Bharat, As far as I know the expected possession date of the project is by mid of 2015 and the rate per sqft they are quoting is Rs 3000.
