Apartments are mushrooming across the area but the supply of Cauvery water is still a pipe dream. So if you are buying for investment purpose then go ahead as you can expect appreciation in the future

As far as I know all the leading banks are providing home loan for this project. Soorya Properties has always designed such living spaces for the aspiring buyers. There is hardly any information available about the builder over the net.

The project is known to be approved by BBMP and all the leading banks. They are having two bore-wells for water supply and they have also paid the BWSSB charges for cauvery water which will take some time
