Oke... thats quite invterested... but as i see,.. the price might appreciated more... due to the reasons like, rise in employment, safety, and less crime ..

Lowest : 3937 per sq ft
Highest :4505per sq ft

Oct dec 2012
Lowest : 4234 per sq ft
Highest : 7322 per sq ft

Jan March 2013
Lowest : 4899 per sq ft
Highest :5275 per sq ft

April June 2013
Lowest : 4312 per sq ft
Highest : 7378 per sq ft

Average Locality Price: Rs5845 per Sq-ft.

The variation took place due to the news that came in.... of land mafia and all.. the matter is stable hence the price is moving upwards.

See alway price is proportionate to the demand.. the more the demand of the place the more price will increase... at the lower end the price is still Rs 4234 per sq ft... hence that shows there are mix projects thats coming in the areas :)

Hi , the price trend of the place is on the upper side... firstly this place was an old place, where no one was interested to put there money . but once the connectivity came in the builders just jumped in the area. Before the price was around Rs 4000 per sq ft or so..but not it went upto Rs 7300 per sq ft ....
