Q: Noida Extension is very argumentative place,but slowly the crowd is overlooking the cons of the area and treating it to be one of the best area for investment, kindly help me to understand the funda.
See for investment, I dnt think it is a good area, as maximum parts of the sector 2 is covered with adabi. So the land issues might continue…so putting money there will be a risk factor.
What do you think about investment purpose...i know for end use the place is good, as lot os builder’s projects are around and the authority have allotted 3 builder’s plots in Sector 2 Out of 3, 2 plots are allotted to Eros and third is still now vacant.

If all this factors are on the positive side, then surely that area will be the best area for investment. The reason for for which Sector 2 is growing, is due to the connectivity. It is closed to Greater Noida and Delhi. Hence the working crowd is looking forward to this sector for their residential need.
