Noida Extension Sector 2 real estate

Q: Noida Extension is very argumentative place,but slowly the crowd is overlooking the cons of the area and treating it to be one of the best area for investment, kindly help me to understand the funda.

See for investment, I dnt think it is a good area, as maximum parts of the
sector 2 is covered with adabi. So the land issues might continue…so
putting money there will be a risk factor.

What do you think about investment purpose...i know for end use the place is good, as lot os builder’s projects are around and the authority have allotted 3 builder’s plots in Sector 2 Out of 3, 2 plots are allotted to Eros and third is still now vacant.

When we talk about Noida Extension, the area is heating up due to the flow
of investors and buyers. Sector 2 is growing due to the location of the
area. Importantly there are factors which we should keep in mind for
investment..

Employment opportunity
Price structure
Social Infra
Locality

If all this factors are on the positive side, then surely that area will
be the best area for investment. The reason for for which Sector 2 is
growing, is due to the connectivity. It is closed to Greater Noida and
Delhi. Hence the working crowd is looking forward to this sector for
their residential need.

I would like to discuss something before we go to the factors that affects the investment. This area, was the most affected area due to the land litigation. There are few plots that are reserved for abadi… i guess 17.5 % is reserved for the farmers.

Guys i understand the area now, you mean to say, it is opposite of Tech Zone 4 .. right!! Good enough, but what are the real estate chances there??

Sector 2 is surrounded by developed areas like, Sector 1 , Sector 3 and Knowledge park. Hence the area is very much hyped for investment. Among all the sector this is the smallest one but has the highest demand of all, slowly it is becoming the hub of residential investment.

Hi, when we talk about Noida Extension , apart from all the hassled regarding approvals and land problems,Noida Extension as a whole is coming up with a good option for buyers and investors. Along with the affordability factor, the area is becoming a good property destination for investors also. There are many factors like connectivity, price, projects which are drawing the crowd.

To speak about this sectors, Sector 2 has 2000 plots ranges between 162 sq m to 220 sq m. According to the projects and demand the plots will be divided and constructed. Earlier this area was called Patwari Village, which is now turned to Sector 2 Noida Extension.The best factor of this area is, this is the nearest sector from Noida Greater Noida Expressway.The area is totally covered by other sectors, you can say it is in the middle of all the areas, hence it is connected with all.
