Banks such as Corporation Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, LIC Housing Finance Ltd, State Bank of India, Deutsche Bank, ICICI Bank have approval for home loans. Yes surely you can get home loan..according to your income basis.

@Gurmeet.. The project is approved by DTCP Approved, BBMP, BIAAPA, BDA, BESCOM, BWSSB, KSPCB, BSNL, TPP, A Khata, BMICAPA, BMRDA, AIRFORCE NOC, MPA. The expected possession date will be by June 2014.

They have already applied for cauvery water connection. I think around 5 bore-wells are there..Before possession date they will get cauvery water connection.

This Project is located in Sai Baba Road, Whitefield.Just 40km from the project teher is Airport like BIAL. So far I didn't heard any bad review about the project. One of my friend has already booked a villa. She told me the builder is very polite and good.:) Are you planning to buy ?

For 4bhk villa the price will be around 3.63 crores with size around Sq. Ft. 3500-4675 and for 3bhk the price will be around 2.66 crores with size around Sq. Ft. 3000-3750. Which one are you looking for ?
