I visited Woodshire site this Sunday. I have a unit in Tower B6. Here is my points: 1. Slab work till 12th floor is complete. 2. Brick work till 7th flooer is complete 3. Internal plaster for 1st floor is started

Sample flats will be ready in a month time.
Builder is promising possession by Dec'15 which seems achievable considering current construction state.
I could see that possession for one society is offered by Raheja which is in Sector 108 or 109. Although no families are shifted yet but I think in next 2 years timeframe that area could be livable.

Hello Mr Shekhar, the current price for fresh bookings is around RS 5100/sqft and in resale the units will be available at say Rs4600-4650/sqft... the builder issues a statement as to how much is paid and other stuff when you start the procedure for purchase.
Sashiti .. you have any number for bank of baroda .. although M3M on its sites mentioned BoB but when i contacted them they deny giving loan to this projecto
Yes Arvind the project is approved by bansk HDFC, ICICI,Bank of Baroda, India Bulls and SBI. You can take home loan from them ! I guess they will give 80% home loan ! :)
and one more thing Mr Arvind the project is good for end use and investment.. because the sector is developing one , if you invest now and till the possession the project's price will move upto 25 % ! After that you can sale it also !

Sure Arvind even i am interested in this project and have gone through the details ! The project is located near Dwarka Expressway like with 5 kms. You also have proposed metro station which is again with 3 km radius! The project is surrounded by 60 m wide in two sides.. So the connectivity if the project is good!

Hey Sir... i have asked the executive about the possession date and the sales executive confirmed it to be in 2016 end ! But there is no news so far about the delay! The construction is going on in full swing!
Heya Seekha, yes there are availability for 3 bhk in this project. They are having 1943 - 2361 sqft for 3 bhk. The price they are quoting is Rs 6500-Rs 6800 per sq ft. This is all inclusive i guess because they did not mention about the other charges !
