Hi Gowri, you had bought up a valid comment, infact i too had the same contention, in regards to the Open Parking facility for the cars, while i had discussed this with KG Builders, they came up stating that their intial plan was to provide only for open car system, i insisted that their should be Closed Car Parking, but they had mentioned that we the owners should join up together and build by ourselves for a facility with Closed Cover Car Parks like raising Holdings and provide Shelters which is now commonly followed in all Major Residnetial Complexes nowaday, but they had mentioned that this facility they can provide but the cost to bear this has to borne by the Owners of the individual flats, for which we need to firm up with a common consensus with all and come up with an agremeent and take forward with the builders. I live in Australia and wish to know how I can book a flat at the K G Signature City and what is the price per sqare foot. Did you go through the builder or an agent(please provide contact details). In which block are the flats being released? I am interested in a 3 bedroom flat preferably at the lower levels (3-5). What are the additional rate per sq foot at the higher levels. Whaere can I get this information please. You reply would be much appreciated.

There is no chace to negotiate the price since the booking is already 85% completed.( including BlockD,C,B) I had booked 940 Sq.feet 2 days back at INR 3999. Total price to own 940 sq.feet with 2 bedroom is 46,00,000 if you select inbetween 1 to 4 th floor. As on today 1 to 8th floor is not available.In D,C,B blocks.
