Q: My broker is telling me Resort rates are low now and will go up very soon and there are no legal hassles with the project now. Please help me as I am worried after reading all these posts . Am I making a wrong decision if I think to buy in this project
Q: After a long time for possession finally BPTP offered possenssion but they have done the same which was expected increased the Super build area & nowhere mentioned the delay possession charges..We shoul club together & build a buyer's association to takeup this matter with BPBPThey have doing this king of things i.e. increasing superduild area to cheat the customers
Q: I am getting offers at par i.e. 2250. Can i get it even on discount?
Q: We would like to have the latest updates of consruction update of Tower E of The Resort with the pictures.And also when it will be ready to be handover to the customer who are waiting with patience.
