Distcnce is a definite drawback , but the price is nominal compared to the flats in and around SIPCOT(Considerng the facilities/ambience proposed). OMR is flooded with a lot of apartmenets these days and it sure is definitely confusing what to opt for. I would personally give a lot of preference to the FACILITIES , cos any apartment in OMR is outside the city and 70-80% of the ppl buy the flats just for the investment sake.
