Q:I bought a apartment here, but skeptical about future progress. Builder says Japanes township is starting, OMR bypass is coming and many goddies are hapenning in near future... I am not sure..looking for expert openions..
Latest Answer: finally 3 months ago the bypass road at Padur and this month in Kalavakkam has stated by ground leveling and dumping tons of sands , time to time Dept of Transport person measuring here and there.. so something going on.. we can hope and get something around 2020
