I wish to purchase a 3 BHK on the first floor. I am looking at other projects in the locality and based on that, i am estimating the price to be 55 lakhs in a good location. I am also finding many units listed on property sites also. However, I want to talk to a seller directly or to a reputed consultant as I know that my consultants are not giving a correct picture.
