Q: i think the possesion of the flats in delight and splendours is already delayed by more than 1 year and as per the penalty clause in the builders agreement they are supposed to pay a penalty of around Rs. 5/- per sq.ft. to the flat owners. has anyone received a positive reply regarding the same from the builder?

I have recently receiving the demand of around 4.53 lacs for registration amount..they say they shall be able to handover the flat ia week after the payment of this amount. this looks unlikely to me.
I think as off now we should just focus on getting the flat registered in your name. So, I feel we should do whatever they want. However, we should record all irregularities like non payment of penalty, overcharging on the name of ncreased EDC through written communication(emails, registered post, letter by hand with received stamp of the builder). this will enable us all to get together and fight it out with them on a later date...probably when we all move in or get the flat registered in our name. We can also use this to go through a legal route if required on a later date.
