Q: Is anyone aware why are the delays happening in offering the possession for delight & Splendours apartments? Is there any date for this?

Hi Jaswinder....I prsonally have received quite a few reasons for the delay in offering possession....none of them sound convincing at all.
My other concern is related to the query posted by Rajeev w.r.t late possesion penalty. Have you received possession?...if not what about the Late Possession Penalty clause as per the Apartment Buyers Agreement?...Have you received any reply or update on the same?
