EDC Charges
Q: The BPTP is refunding the EDC charges which were @264 now the new charges are @104 per sq ft. Is SS Group also refunding the same as this is a amount which is not in accordance with the rise given by the haryana Govt.

Q: Is anyone aware why are the delays happening in offering the possession for delight & Splendours apartments? Is there any date for this?

Latest Answer: Hi Jaswinder....I prsonally have received quite a few reasons for the delay in offering possession....none of them sound convincing at all. My other concern is related to the query posted by Rajeev w.r.t late possesion penalty. Have you received possession?...if not what about the Late Possession Penalty clause as per the Apartment Buyers Agreement?...Have you received any reply or update on the same?

Q: i think the possesion of the flats in delight and splendours is already delayed by more than 1 year and as per the penalty clause in the builders agreement they are supposed to pay a penalty of around Rs. 5/- per sq.ft. to the flat owners. has anyone received a positive reply regarding the same from the builder?
