Thanks RR team for answering the querries of your customers. I believe whatever changes you are doing have some proper meaning to their customer. I advice RR team to take the steps after considering all aspects and after getting the confidence of your customrs. At last,Customer staisfaction must be on top priority nothing else.

Grills: Every project is designed differently and River Residency has been designed with some important aesthetic features in mind. · The grills have been provided inside keeping in mind the aesthetics of society & security of the house. · All major townships and premium schemes (Magarpatta City, Clover to name a few) are doing this to add aesthetic value to the scheme. · Since these grills are of MS they are prone to rusting thus placing them inside helps withstand weathering effects. · Grills that are bolted inside the window frames are a lot harder to remove as opposed to welding them on the exterior building walls where screws rust and wear out over a period of time due to prolonged exposure to rain water.
3. Kitchen Walls: All apartments in the scheme (1,1.5, 2 and 3 BHK) will have one half wall in the kitchen as requested by our valued homeowners for better ventilation and natural light

Dry Balcony: · We are enclosing the balcony and providing aluminum sliding window with grills at our own cost to improve the security due to its proximity to the common passage lobby area. · In essence it becomes an additional room that can be gainfully utilized in future. · No door provided between the Kitchen & dry balcony as the space is less & addition of door will further eat into the usable space of dry balcony and also result in less light and ventilation in the kitchen. · Multiple utility functional area since it can be conveniently converted to a store room / pooja room without any concerns of PCMC officials questioning at a later date of illegal modifications, as this is approved in the building plans and enclosure premiums have been paid.
Have u shown/written in agreement the same "CLOSED DRY BALCONY" in your sample FLAT or asked your customer whether they want this CLOSED DRY BALCONY or NOT ...How can u judge customer's security from your own preservative.... · In essence it becomes an additional room that can be gainfully utilized in future. We want to live in a HOME with a proper DOOR not in OPEN GARAGE without any DOOR.I think u don't have any experience in construction that's why u don't know how to manage the space & talking about silly things that .....dry balcony as the space is less & addition of door will further eat into the usable space of dry balcony,why didn't you consider this while planning the project.

You are absolutely right,Behind Security concerns builder has done many WRONG things in flat.Which is not at all acceptable.Builder is just misusing it's brand name.I have booked a 2BHK flat which is totally differ from SAMPLE flat.It's like RENOVATED GARAGE...Builder has done the changes accordingly without knowing flat owners...now FLAT owners has to adjust it accordingly...
All 2BHK Flats are also totally different from sample flats.Requesting all 1,2,3 BHK flat owners please do visit the site & raise your all concern with the builder to AVOID FUTURE SURPRISES...

Off course those who have looked at sample flat and booked their dream home their ideas are totally screwed up.Builder not allowing you to visit the construction site telling bloody security reasons why the helmets are provided then. The reason only is finish up the construction in hurry and let consumers yell for their rights and service. Product which was shown to us is totally differed in actual. All 3 BHK owners need to gather together and raise voice against this self claimed reputed and renown builder. They are seriously ruing the name of brand Iparmar. We have gathered list of 30 3BHK owners so far who are going to form a community and exploring possible options to take against builder.

By looking to the website of RR i was amazed ana planning to book a 2BHK in phase-II. but after reading all this on this website, i have taken a back step and want to have a clear idea about the builder and the project. they are right now quoting 3700persq.ft rate. please suggest me what to do
Better visit the site before booking & ask all doubts/qstn with builder directly why he is doing these changes...after satisfactory ans only go ahead....

2)This is the first time in history where all WINDOW GRILL will be inside the home & SLIDING MS GRILL will be outside the IRON RODS..Will give good feeling of living in CAGE/ PRISON...:-) rather in a home.
3)If you opted for INDIAN STYLE TOILET in your home then welcome to DELIBERATELY bathroom & Unique in itself ....:-)

I was told on phone that in B TOWER ,structure wok up to 12 th floor and brick work up to 8th floor completed, I have paid upto 12th floor construction agreement amount. I have to visit there to see progress,possession is delayed from dec-12 to april-13.
