Quality of Possession/ Delivery

Q: Hi,
Though it's a bold statement to make but in One Liner- "River Residency CRM Team don't know how make Quality Possession or Delivery of Flats". CRM Team does not talk to you with responsibility. They states that- We will deliver upon completion of work with No End Date of Work Completion.

CRM Department will delay work to an extent that Customer is forced to take Possession with Issues like- Pre-Possession Cleaning, Broken Tiles, Uncleaned Doors/ Windows, Water Seepage, etc. They keep on saying that we will fix the issues after Possession.

Quality of work is not up to the mark. Even i have seen some small builders are providing good quality as compared to RR. Also in case of any concerns, corrective measures would not be of good quality, kind of temporary. Condominium people are arrogant.

Once u book flat here, u r taken for granted. Customer satisfaction is not in their list. They are not properly responding to flat owners concerns even after several follow up. Every one in their team consider themselves as boss. Dont know if their top bosses are aware of this? Some times they will not even hesitate to talk rudely. You can check with people who are currently residing there then you will come to know about truth.

Thank you for the reviews. I was thinking to book as flat there.. but now it seems I should look somewhere else.

I Agree to all of you, i had really bad experience with RR team, I have booked 1 BHK in RR in 2012, they have commited to handover flat in may 13, postponed to aug 13 and finally possession in jan.
at a time of booking, they shown me wrong plan of Parking area, but now they have sold this to shops, and in building there is no enough parking at all, now RR sales team says, you can park your vehicles on Municipality road as their is no traffic rush at all, does it not seems to be foolish response at all.
construction quality not seems to be good, i am not engineer but if i compare RR construction with some small builders, i am unhappy at all, broken tiles, uneven plaster, seems it can fall at any time.
finally i am not happy at all.

I agree to Tushar & Amit. I own my second property with RR and I found their Post Sales & Condominium office arrogant and irresponsible. To an extent that all water fittings, electrical fittings, security, etc are B grade. They don't keep their promises. They haven't kept the customer interest in mind and I heard the school SNBP is also charging premium amounts in the range of 70 - 80 K. Road to the project is damaged too bad and RR doesn't own fixing that too. You have to bind by the vendor for TV / Broadband which RR has decided. No provision is made to have this choice. And the vendors that RR have has poor service quality and premium charges than renowned brands in market.

I don't think their construction quality might be good too when they have so much self interest in profit making and hiring cheap vendors. My recommendation to prospect buyer is BIG NOOOO...

I got very bad experience with river residency sale team and customer relation manager.BEFORE AGREEMENT THEY WERE TREATING GOOD BUT ONCE YOU GOT TRAPPED BY SIGNING AGREEMENT ,THEY BEHAVE LIKE 'SMALL BUILDER TYPE ATTITUTE'.THEY TALK RUDELY AND THREATEN YOU OF INTEREST IF DELAY HAPPENS IN DISBURSEMENT WITHOUT LISTENING TO CUSTOMR PROBLEMS.ONE OF MANAGER ASKED ME DISBURSEMENT IN TWO DAYS AND TREATENED ME OF EXTRA MONEY FOR INTEREST.SO BAD EXPERIENCE ,TOLD TO TWO FRIENDS WHO WANTED TO BUY FLAT IN RIVER RESIDENCY ,THEY DIDN'T BOOK FLAT AFTER MY EXPERIENCE.
